“Bark Me a Tale”:  Children can read to a therapy dog.  Tuesdays,

* K-2^nd grade - Fri., April 9 - “Author Study on Eric Carle”.  Read a book by the author.  Art project on “Very Hungry Caterpillar” - 40^th anniversary!

Evening Event for Children:

* “Kindergarten: Here I Come” for children entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2010 @ BSSD, but all are welcome.  There will be stories, activities for families & meet some of the staff from BSSD.  Thur., March 25 & April 29 @ 6:30 pm.  Please sign up.

* “Bedtime Story Time” for all ages - Come in your pjs for stories, cookies & milk.  Thur., March 4 @ 6:30pm.

Weather Notice:

The Library will be CLOSED when the Bermudian Springs School District is closed due to BAD WEATHER.

Children’s activities at the library will be cancelled when the Bermudian Springs School District has a delay for bad weather.

Chicks with Sticks - Meets the 2^nd Tuesday of each month @     6:30 - 8 pm.  March 9 & April 13.  Knitting & Crochet group for all ability levels.  Bring a project to work on and share.

2^nd Annual Buffet & Silent Auction at Sidney - Tues., March 23,    6 - 9 pm.  A limited number of tickets are available at $50.    All proceeds benefit the Library Expansion.

Library Community Meeting on Monday, April 26 @ 7 pm at the EB Fire Hall.

Library Book Sale - Sat., April 24 at EBACC yard sale from 8-2.

Place an Honor or Memorial Book in the library.

The following books were placed in Honor of D.G. George Reisinger &wife Lioness Wanda by the Jefferson Community Lion’s Club : “Fletcher & the Springtime” by Julia Rawlinson & “Curious George Plants a Tree” by Margret & H.A. Rey, both children’s picture books.
